Hi there everybody, all of you around this globe! It’s been a while again(!) since my last blog, my apologies for that. Was unsuccessfull this time with the video blog upload (don’t know what got to it…:) so here goes.                                                                           As you can see, I’ve posted a couple of pics from our trip to Latvia. It was a very, very good trip – we were really well received and everything went smoothly (that’s a bonus, too:). With me from Finland was Kimmo, Rita from Carelia/Russia was doing the interpretation in her seasoned manner, Ainis Zalitis and his people had organized the whole thing locally and Edijs Veips from Prieka Vests – church in Riga was our soundman again – simply a cool bunch of individuals Ü We visited/did concerts in 6 prisons, most of them for men (and hard regime), one women’s prison and one juvenile. Plus that we did two church concerts.

Next is St.Petersburg/Russia (and on our way there I’m playing at Seppo Juntunen’s prayer evening in Alppila church/Helsinki on Sunday 5th at 6pm). We have permits to prisons and we (Kaarle Mannila, Rita and myself) will be working there Monday through Thursday 6th-9th June. I’m very excited about this possibility.

Summer is finally almost here up in the North – it’s been a looong winter and I’ve so craved for warmth and the things summer brings with her. May this season bring abundant grace, truth and freedom in Christ for you and me.  – Nina –
